Vinyasa Flow Sampler
A great way to kick up your energy with a challenging, fluid Hatha vinyasa practice.  Explore a variety of vinyasa styles, including Astanga, Jivamukti, Kali Ray TriYoga, & Power Yoga.  Focus each week on a different style of vinyasa flow, sure to address every joint, muscle group, and fluid breath work.  Intermediate to advanced students.  Knowledge of basis postures is recommended.

Prenatal Yoga
A wonderful way to explore the connection to your beautiful baby through the practice of gental, fluid yoga postures.  This class is suitable for Mothers-to-be of all trimesters.  Increase your flexibility, reduce low back tension and learn to create space in your body as your baby grows.  Enjoy a safe and comfortable journey into motherhood!  Taught compassionately by a certified prenatal teacher.  No prior yoga experience needed.

Classical Hatha Practice
Join me for a wonderful journey into the classical hatha practice, to include a wide variety of postures.  Learn standing, seated, twisting postures, forward bend, backbends, and reclining, and expand your knowledge of asana.  A desire to learn more, and challenge yourself is all that is needed in this class.  Students will also learn how to use props to make their postures more attainable.

Happy Hour Yoga - Relax & Renew!
Refreshing Hatha Yoa class to wind down your busy work week, and start off your weekend feeling refreshed!  This class is suitable for students of all levels.  No yoga experience required.  A variety of postures to relieve you of your stressful week, and energize you into the weekend.  Wear comfortable clothing!

Gentle Yoga and Meditation
Experience healing postures designed to relieve tension and prepare for an introduction to mediation.  This class will be a balance of movement and stillness.  A variety of gentle yoga traditions, such as Yin yoga, Ananda, and Kripalu techniques, restorative flows and exploration of different mediation techniques, including chakra clearing.  Sure to calm the body and mind and set you on the path to a balanced lifestyle.  Suitable for all levels.

All classes will conclude with Savasana, deep relaxation.   Students are encouraged to bring their own mates and props for hygienic purposes.  A variety of props are available for your use at the Yoga Bij studio.  Practice is done in bare feet and comfortable, loose fitting clothing.  Be sure to let your teacher know about any mobility of health issues that may affect your practice.
