Professional Assessment & Nutrition Planning
We will conduct a nutrition and exercise assessment to determine your challenges, help you formulate goals, discuss strategies and monitor your progress. She will provide you with the support, education and accountability to completely revamp your eating habits and lifestyle.

Nutrition Support and Meal Planning
Haley Fortier, our in-house registered nurse, can provide nutrition counseling both in person and online. Additionally, she will design a meal plan to help you meet your specific needs and goals.

Your diet is at least 60-70 percent of the battle in terms of getting the results you want. Think of it in these terms- it’s a lot easier to consume 1000 calories (in one meal) than it is to burn 1000 calories (approximately 90 minutes of high intensity exercise). Dedicated time will be spent reviewing nutrition and exercise logs, discussing strategies for overcoming emotional eating, negative thinking and poor body image and monitoring progress. Just 30-60 minutes weekly is enough time to make significant changes to your relationship with food. A trainer can provide you with the support, education and accountability to completely revamp your eating habits and lifestyle. Watch your body be transformed!
